I think Height increase info centre is one of the best option for this surgery. They provide following things when compared with the other centre which is very best suited for this surgery and Rehab.

They Charged Total Fitbone surgery cost is around: INR 40-42 lakh which includes

3 months stay including ( X-ray, Nursing Care, Physiotherapy session, Patient care, Housekeeping services, Meals, Emergency services etc)

3 lakh charges for remote control, which is completely refundable.

HeightIncreaseInfo never even answers what surgeons they are affiliated with so you can't even research the credentials of who is performing your surgery.

On paper I've distracted 36 mm, but actual distraction came out to  28 mm, I got xrayed 2 days ago.

I've started to feel tightness under my knee, trying to stretch as much as possible.

Isn't your distraction rate awfully slow? I mean are you lengthening at a rate of 0.5 mm per day?.

How many days after your surgery did you start lengthening? And 2.8 cm lengthening seems fairly low for a period of 1 month 10-12 days. What's the reason for such slow lengthening? You got the surgery on 17th Feb, right?

I started distraction on 24 feb, and am distracting 1 mm per day, I missed a lot of fitbone pulses on initial days , maybe that's why actual distraction was 10mm less.

It should have been 35mm of distraction.

[hi KilokKHAN brother hope you doing good. everything is mention on our website, who is performing surgery and our patients consult as well before surgery with surgeon. it does not mean you did surgery with Dr Prihar so he is the only surgeon in India. you guys not even live in India still promoting him on what bases and how many surgeries he performed till now for cosmetic purpose. ]

Hello there, how much have you distracted for now, and what is your achieved length so far?

>I've started to feel tightness under my knee, trying to stretch as much as possible

Has it reduced now? What do you rate the pain in a scale of 1-10 right now or say a week ago, compared to 1-2 days post surgery?

The tightness was pain level 5, it reduced after few days and my left legs quads became painful, dr prescribed some medicines for quads pain and now it's reduced, pain usually starts by evening and worsens after final distraction of the day,

I am about at 40mm now and I can say pain is higher now
