I am 5 weeks post op for LON in tibia and currently have some aches in the knee and soreness/tightness.
When I walk with my walker I can feel pain too.
I am able to bend my knees fully, but of course when fully bent I feel some pain
Even when my legs are straight and I’m laying down I can feel soreness
Is this all normal considering I’m only 5 weeks post op from the first surgery and 3 weeks post op from the external frame removal surgery?
When can I expect these pains to go away?
Btw, I only lengthened 1cm because of personal reasons.
For how long is knee pain normal for Tibia LON?
I've had mine for 15 years.

Why the hell would you only lengthen 1 cm? Help me understand that

Eh when I consulted with Dr. Lee he also had some cases of small lengthening cases especially people with limb-length discrepancy, but it is extremely unusual to do 3cm let alone 1cm if you are just doing it for cosmetic purposes. There was one cosmetic patient in Dr. Lee's cafe forum where he described one of his hospital roommate that only lengthened 2-3cm but it was mainly because he was paranoid ( the guy was from China so he probably got homesick too ).
