If someone is fit, and has very developed muscles, it isn't gonna be harder to lengthen their muscles (and more painful) since these are tight?

However, a fat guy has softer muscles so it's easier to lengthen.

Am I right?

No the fat guy it would be painful for him. In order to develop muscles a person has to stretch the mussles. Muscles contract and then they elongate and that process is repeated over and over again. In order to produce muscle a person has to put stress on those muscles. Thats how muscle is created ..through resistance. A person who has never done any muscle training,,exercise etc wil have a harder time. Because their anabolic and ablic reaction will be much lower.
