I know it is a risky procedure.
But anyone here has undergone FOREARM LENGTHENING?
And can future technology Such as SMALLER PRECICE NAILS make it less risky and more mainstream?
Kindly share your prospectives.

There was an international patient i saw at Paleys doing arm lengthening but it looked like it was a deformity correction not for cosmetic purposes.

I've only heard of it being done when one of the bones in the forearm is shorter than the other bone and it's done as deformity correction. Never heard of both radius and ulnar being lengthened together. Probably will risk complications with the ability to turn your arm?
Why not do humerus lengthening instead? I've seen some dwarfs do it.

If forearms are not explicitly the problem then humeral lengthening is the way better choice. Humeral lengthening is the easiest of all lengthenings from what I have heard, and is in a less visible area. The only person im aware of who does cosmetic forearm is Salameh and im not even sure if he does it. Im also not sure how the scars are with his frame, It might not be worth it for the scarring you get.
