If anyone has enough expertise, please evaluate the result of the procedure based on the photo. To me, it looks like there is a deviation of the mechanical axis, but I'm not sure how critical it is.

I also have a question regarding the fully external monorail on the femurs, as shown in the photo - is this a valid option if you need to lengthen up to 4 cm? Or is the risk of developing a deformity too high?

I don't know if it's a deformity or not, but I'm sure something is wrong. Get information fromĀ  another real doctor ( It's important to be "another" and "Real")
