General questions about LON on tibias.

Hello, me again, I have been researching about this method, but maybe some ex-patients or patients want to  help me:
How many cm should I do?
How is the recovery( I mean for example for 5 cm, when could I walk without crutches again)?
Pin site care can be done by the doctor or I should do it( because it really keeps me thinking about infections)?
How many months should I have frames?
What about knee pain?

So, after 5 months for 5 cm could I wallk without crutches?? I think four inches in total in both segments could look good.
