Getting femur AND tibia nails removed

I had CLL on my femurs last year. I was and still am planning to get another surgery on my tibias. Does anyone know if you're supposed to remove the nails one batch at a time (e.g. femur nails ONLY or tibia nails ONLY), or is it possible to get them all removed in one go?

You can remove all 4 in one go.
I will probably do that too if I decide to do tibia too later on.
