Hey guys, looking for advice from those who have done/are doing femur with Stryde. Which part of your body did you find the weakest when trying to get out of bed to get to wheelchair/walker, was it just both legs or does it affect areas like your back and butt? Is it worth buying a bed rail to assist or are you totally dependent on having someone else having to help you get out of bed in the beginning?

lol, we're gonna look good with our long legs and boney assesĀ  Getting out of bed after Stryde Thanks for the info dude, really helpful. I've read your diary too amazing work man, yours and IFS are the best Stryde diaries on here from what I've read so far. Is there any point in buying one of those raised toilet seat things?
