Global Entry interview after LL- should you tell them you did LL?

Dr. Giotikas says that for the flight when you go to Athens, your reasoning you give is tourism

But when you come back, let's say you also do the Global Entry interview (similar to TSA precheck interview) do you mention LL or not?

you should tell them about your LL surgery and describe the process in detail

also tell them you bring 1 million dollar in cash, and live lizards in your suitcase
