How does it usually work and what would you recommend?

Ex: getting luggage into overhead bin, etc

Of course get a wheelchair service, even if you're walking competently, the distances within some airports are fking massive like walking 20-30 minutes, you have to stand in line to wait like a peasant for security checks and immigration checks and then you have the risk of some retarded tourist who is running with his luggage to bump into you and throw you on the ground

avoid all this shyte by getting yourself a wheelchair service
