Hey guy, been a while since I posted. I don't come to this forum often. I feel like I'm doing much better mentally since I was last posting. I've also done more thinking and meaurements, and I don't think I actually need as much height as I was saying before. My main goal is to even out my tibias, and make my proportions a bit better. I think 4.5 - 5cm would be perfect. But anyways, I have real tight legs/leg joins. I'm thinking that even either way I should be doing leg stretches. Anyone have good recommendations as to what kind of stretches are best to improve flexebility? How long each session should be? Or how often to do it?
