Damn, I guess Debiparshad isn't the guy to go to for tibias. If Assayag is also saying it, then I believe it. Another reason to favor femurs over tibias.
Good talk where dr. Assayag discuss some of prob. Becker/Betz complications
Quote from: DanishViking on October 12, 2023, 05:17:54 PMAnother downside doing the surgery in the US is that the surgery is coming without an accommodation package like Afa's or Birkholtz with everything in one building, which makes the hole surgery way harder espically on a non weightbearing nail. Your're forced to take a taxi multiple times a week, finding your own place to live, sometimes finding psychio thereapy yourself etc. all while not being able to walk. No clinic as far as I can see in the US is offering this type of convenience...
You really don't need a whole package for this surgery (especially after like the first few weeks). As long as you have a PT, you're fine. My PT would come to my house. I never needed to go anywhere.
Plus, I believe Assayag, Paley, and Debiparshad do offer some kind of package that includes PT.

And now because one surgeon is bad in the US all of them are terrible, never go to the US! (Irony)
It could also be Mahboubian
Dr D. Has been on American tv more I believe. And Paley also called him out earlier.
Yes, Paley has been fixing and seeing Sarin's patients over a decade now. What he said is 100% accurate. Recently people were contacting Paley, and now Paley is taking a stand to stop Sarin. I'm glad he is.
Notice how at the beginning Parihar said "I've had to fix around 10 complications of other surgeons, including one Paley has made famous." So it's clear Parihar might be taking a stand as well.
In my country of Australia I alerted Dr. Minoo Patel, who was a former student of Paley's. I showed him photos of what Sarin has done to patients. Patel's reply was "That's disgusting. What a mess. Has Sarin been reported?" I said I wasn't sure, and Patel said he should be. But so many other doctors are now aware of what Sarin has done. Everything is catching up to him.
