i did get ballerina feet on both sides. i had a PT guy who helped me and every week after frame removal it would go down 1 cm every 1.5 weeks. it was a workout routine everyday. after i was able to walk without crutches like 2.5 months after frame removal i jus wear slippers and walk around it helps alot. putting weight on my feet. i couldnt go bare foot as its alot of stress. im still walking with slippers. i do feel the tendon on my feet needs to get stretched out everyday.

recently at work i almost got bit by a small dog. i dodged it with my bag. cant imagine the dog biting my leg as i still have nails in my legs.

lately been wearing air max shoes and it boost my confidence alot but in reality without it im still short. i need more gains in my femurs but its just a process of waiting for the right time. when i did my tibias i cashed out my crypto too soon and would have alot of gains if i cashed out later but i wouldnt be like this now which is healing.
