Grooming and personal hygiene during lengthening

How should I manage grooming and personal hygiene during lengthening? Especially, when wearing external frames on my legs. Since I won't be able to shower my whole body, I will need someone to trim my hair and beard and then help me shower my head and neck only. I do personal grooming twice a week (buzzing my head and trimming my beard) and I can't imagine myself not grooming for months when being in frames.

Also, what about cleaning your private areas down there? Without water, what's the best option to clean those areas of the body?

Any tips are appreciated.
