Trying to work this out, wonder if I'm forgetting anything

For D.C.->Athens:
- Maybe like 1000 USD ish to fly there and back
- ?? can't remember price of nail removal maybe like 5000 USD? more?
- Hotel price for staying 1 week: at Montaza in the handicap room that's like 62*7=434

So I am guessing it is somewhere in between like 6000 to 9000 USD? Wonder how much it changes if you have 4 nails

For getting it done in the USA attempting to use insurance on it:
- unsure of the copay required typically
- unsure if insurance companies will attempt to claw back their payment after/disagree with this usage of insurance

And then Dr. Parihar in India refuses to do nail removal for people who are not his patients.

I don't know of other good doctor options who will do nail removal for people who are not their patients, who might you consider? Starting out in D.C.

What locations that are not too expensive to fly to starting from D.C. have good LL doctors that might be willing to do LL for people who were not their patients?

What are the most common consequences if you just leave the nails in their for decades? Kinda freaked out by some complications people had when they had their nails removed, unsure how to weigh the risks
