I've been researching Dr Birkholtz and his patients and it seems that the patients are usually very conservative with their lengthenings and also Dr Birkholtz himself prefers femur lengthenings of around 5-6cm. I was wondering whether any past patients of Dr Birkholtz or anyone that you know of has achieved 7.5-8cm before?
