has anyone hit 8cm on tibias in one go using internal nails ?

I remember reading a dairy where the person tried to go the full 8cm on tibia with precice, but had non union on his right or left leg at 7.2cm.I can't seem to find that diary now since I forgot his username.

Is it possible to hit the full 8cm in tibias with internal nails in one go with intense physio and ATL release ?

5 is the common number that gets thrown around

ive seen 6-7 done a few times but I dont know how safe this is

7 may have been on external

so probably 6 or 6.5 if your lucky
