I am currently 19 years old and 170cm.
My goal is to be 175cm (5"9) though my dream would be 177-178cm (5"10).

How realistic is two surgeries?
I was thinking of doing 4cm on my femurs and possibly going for another 4cm on my tibias once I had consolidated. I know that anything above 5cm is bad on one segment but I haven't read much about doing two surgeries. I would be going with Dr. Guitchet if I were to do this surgery for femurs, tibias I have no clue since it's a dream and not my main goal.

Inseam: 30"
Sitting height: 35"

That's what I have heard some doctors say atleast. Don't quote me on it.

I'm not doing more than 5cm on one segment. That'll ruin proportions and most importantly functionality.

Thanks though!
