Has everyone moved to the LL d ? Seems diaries are just there now

It seems this site is slowly dying and most users have moved onto the LL d and diaries are now being posted there.

Any idea on why this is ?

We even had Birkholtz there the surgeon mentioning Rheumatology absolute necessity of getting an ITB release for femoral lengthening.
