Ex: light knee popping/cracking sounds without pain when you move your knee? Knees feel more tender than when I was younger but there is no pain

Is this a reason to deny you from doing LL?

Yeah hm.. I wonder. The thought crossing my mind is this:

1. Would a doctor deny someone from doing LL?

2. But is it actually a problem?

3. Should one mention it to the doctor? Or not? Or will this come back to bite someone (blame patient, not do a service for free because the doctor will feel annoyed the patient didn't mention it)

I have noticed I don't really get the popping after I do more exercise, its usually like a light pop without pain when I first move my knees after not having moved after a while
