Hi! Next summer (mid June) I am planning on getting LL done. My parents have had a fund for me since I was born that was meant to be used to buy necessary stuff when I was gonna move out. They have agreed to let me use it for this instead since they understand how important it is to me. Especially my dad who is 20cm taller than me and has seen me suffer. The money is not unlimited though so I have decided not to do femur and instead do external tibia. Right now these are the ones I am interested in.
Dr. Catagni
Dr. Paringar
Dr. Inan
Dr. Birkholtz

What method is also a very big question. Regular Ilizarov? LON? All information about the different methods at what place is helpful.

It seems that people who have been with these doctors usually all got good results. Anyone here with a lot of knowledge that knows what the final costs will end up at with these different doctors? I appreciate all help.

Parihar is pretty good and probably the cheapest.

Most people I know in Sweden has a fund where their parents put in like 300sek (35 dollars) every month until they are 18. I happen to have a bit more there as well since my grandpa died and left me some.

Hey it's fine buddy, as long as they understand for what it goes it's pretty nice of them. At least you will have it early so you can move on with your life.

I find it interesting that Inan is so cheap. 30K TL for Ilizarov. 44K for LON and LATN. I wonder what living cost and everything else would be there.
For Dollar prices it's 1/3. 10k and 15k.

Remember that you get what you pay for.

Imho i wouldn't go to turkey since their political state is pretty fragile.
