hello,

I did 7.2 tibia and 4.0 femur and I am only experiencing 10cm, is there an exercise I'm suppose to do to try to get the full height I am due.

My legs are straight as they are at 0 degree.

Thanks

yes completely, was originally 164.4

when I did 7.2, I only experienced 6.2 (170.6), then when I was recovered i did femurs for 4.0, only experienced 3.0 (173.6), then over a year later, in recent months I got 8mm taller, (173.6 - 174.4).

I got what I needed after 4cm, I felt tall enough, I was tired of the process.

I have contacted the dr to see what he says about it, I am due 1.2cm, even if it is lesser for some reason, i feel it would just be 2mm not 12mm!
