Someone said that they got height decreased with LON tibia after locking screw and remove the fixator (not at the lengthening stage of wearing the fixator, but after the stage). Some people said that this was related to the bending of the locking screw, the bending of the intramedullary nail, and others said that this was the height measurement error. What do you think of this

I mean if the screws bent you can clearly identify so by looking at your xray. if everything goes fine I personally don‘t think you will notice any height loss from device removal.
