I am very excited to share my experience of limb lengthening. I am 30yrs old and doing research from very long time about limb lengthening. I chosen Height increase info by consulting Dr. Hari and meeting his patients. My initial height was 150cm and target to reach is 165cm. I have chosen cross lengthening (one leg tibia another femur ) as I wanted to gain more. My surgery was done on 24th july 2022 (left tibia and right femur). My journey was bit tough as there is a lot of discomfort with femur frame. In the 1st month there was pain in my tibia and later on very less pain. I couldn't achieve what I have planned due to considering the time it takes. I achieved 6.5cm in tibia and 5cm in femur. My frames were removed on 22nd Oct 2022. Now physiotherapy is going on for my recovery and preparing me for the next surgery. I will be posting my updates very soon.

Why did you lengthen more on tibias compared to femurs? Normally it is the opposite.

Due to nerve irritation, I couldn't continue lengthening in femur.

After the frame removal, my life was easy as I can sleep in any direction I want and I can move to other places within the floor without any help from care taker. I have started standing and it feels good. Preparation for next surgery was going well. Here are the latest X-ray and my standing pictures.

My 2nd surgery was done on 9th of December. This time I didn't take much painkillers as I was already used to the pain. From previous surgery my left foot has ballerina, so tendon release has been done. And also released soft tissues in the thigh so that I can bend my legs.

My lengthening journey started today.

Here are my latest x-ray
