Hello Guys,
I am seriously considering doing STRYDE procedure in femurs to get that 6-6.5 CM, A little background about me: I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, healthy(fit and lean) guy who will do the procedure in his mid twenties, my discipline and pain tolerance is way above average, I have experienced pain and endured it until a litteral collapse, so I will be a very diligent in this case also and do all the stretching and all the needed procedure.
Taking all these into consideration, I am very curious about recovery time:
1) If I dedicate 3 month full time to this procedure, out of which 20 days will be cosnolidation, and use this time to have PT every day with proper training doing literally everything possible, will I be able to walk without clutches?
2) How many months post op will I be able to continue normal life (I do not mean sports) incl going to office, going for a work and driving a car without walking like a penguin, to say in other words when will be my gait unnoticeble by coworkers or family members?
3) when will the pain disappear - I know the dsicomfort can last years, but I mean the real pain that needs painkillers.
Any kind of help will be appreciated, especially from those who already underwent STRYDE procedure
TY in advance
