Thoughts on this? It would just be nice to speed up the recovery both in terms of bone growth and also tissue formation and recovery.

I have no idea how I would even get this/if a doctor would prescribe it.  But its an interesting idea.  I know HGH can have negative consequences like enlarging parts of the body and even causing cancer.  But maybe just a couple months would be ok?  I know athletes take it to recover so how bad could it be for a short period of time.

Do you think HGH would make a significant difference in recovery and would be worth it?

It would make some difference yes but no, it doesn't worth it. If you are healthy everything will consolidate fine with only eating good and resting, you don't need anything more.

Also no doctor would prescribe hgh for that reason and it is illegal to take it without description. And very expensive also and of course risky because you have to find it from underground labs that you'll be never sure what they'll give you.

So stick to being healthy (stop smoking, lose weight if you are obese) and you'll be fine.

Just go up to the biggest guy in the gym and thats your new doctor lol. I hear you that natural will get you there but it would be amazing to shave a month off recovery.  Im in good shape and dont smoke or drink, so those bases are covered.
