All seriousness if I knew then what I know now, I would have done things differently with diet and exercise. They say people that have a much longer reach as opposed to their height are supposed to be taller but they had a stunted growth. This is definitely true for me, I blame the massive amount of body building I did at 115-16 while trying to lose weight. I mean at the time it seemed worthwhile but I'm paying for it now

I know some teen body builders that got super tall even though they did body building. It's not because of that. It might have been the diet but I also doubt that.
  Still, those "if only" thoughts are no good and will only torment you. Let them go and be happy that you did CLL

There's nothing indicating that weight lifting stunts your growth, and some have even given an opposite theory, which is that weight lifting helps stimulate growth because of the boost in testosterone.

Hgh is very safe to use if you have a pharmaceutical brand which will cost you about 2000$ a month and at your age you probably won't grow at all from it but you will get a sweet body if you workout lol.
