Hi, anyone knows which method of LON is the better one? In terms of comfort and alignment. Thanks.

For alignment, circular is better.

I don't know about Holyfix specifically, but monorails are not incompatible with IM nails.

LON = Lengthening over nail which means they will insert a metal nail into your bone and you will have a monorail external device as well.
Holyfix is only external - without a nail monorail external device, which youre gonna wear for 9-12 months.

The problem with Holyfix is that I have not seen any doctor performing it anymore and would like to know someone, since I want to get that so I dont have to have a nail inserted to my bone

Holyfix doesn't mean external only.  It's a brand.  Any monorail or circular fixator can be external only.
