There's literally a post below yours about the Doctor. In Korea there's two big LL surgeons that Koreans go to are Dr. Lee and Dr. I'm.

Dr. I'm isn't well known internationally but he's super popular in the Korean LL community since he's cheaper than Lee and have the most LL experience/case.

there surgery cost for precice is 70k. pretty expensive. i heard bad things about the doctor. but 70k in korea or 75k in the usa. it does sound attractive in korea lol.
