Hello everybody, I'm 19 and I'm 5'7 (171cm) and I want to be a basketball player but unfortunately, I am too short for it, So I really want to grow my height from 171 to 191cm or by 8 inches, I heard that Sedat from Live life taller has done this procedure and he's 20cm taller now, Can you guide me through this please? My Budget is $120K

If you are lengthening 20cm I feel it will be impossible to play basketball properly let alone professionally. I see some Japanese twitter users posting their experience quad lengthening 10-14 cm with relative success but I feel 20cm is pretty unrealistic ( yeah some people do it 22 - 25cm but those people have dwarfism ).

Sorry to hijack your post OP but I am also very interested in this amount of lengthening. If someone knows of anyone who has had anything past 15cm, please let me know.

Fingers crossed this becomes more and more possible as technology advances.

To grow, you need HGH which is the hormone responsible for growth in your body. When you are young, your HGH levels are high but as you age, HGH levels slowly but steadily decline. Try to sleep more as your brain releases more HGH when you sleep. You need atleast 7-8 hours but 9-10 would be perfect. Lastly, try to exercise well - play sports like basketball and try doing some yoga and stretching - your brain releases more HGH when you are in a calm and relaxed state.

The HGH hormone after Puberty will contribute to either muscle growth or higher bone density. Once your growth plates are closed, No level of HGH Can increase your height if your growth plates are closed which happens to most men when they hit their 17th Birthday

The surgery would harm your athletic abilities even if a 1 inch increase. Not to mention your goal is to reach 6 inches. That would be impossible for you to play basketball or any other combative sports I am afraid due to current medical conditions. Go checking the forum for more details about the surgery especially the side effects.
