If you overlengthen so many patients then more than likely, some of them are going to have problems a decade from now. They're is a reason why every single very experienced surgeon generally doesn't allow you to go above the recommended 8 cm for femurs and 5-6 cm on tibias...

Quote from: JJ299 on July 23, 2023, 08:03:43 AMThey are probably the most experienced just because of the amount of patients they get. They are also the most popular destination for Japanese patients and there are tons of diaries in Japanese twitter ( last one I saw was a girl that was in the 150s and lengthened like 16cm - 3 years later she came back and took pics with Buldu so she seems satisfied ).

I feel the reason why they get so much negative publicity here is because they try to recommend you to lengthen to the upper limit + because of their marketing/patient volume.

I believe there are other reasons for their criticism.
They lack the skill to properly diagnose and treat tissue infections, leading some Japanese and Chinese patients to develop severe osteomyelitis.
This should not be forgotten.

I agree with Maison. Also the way they blame patients if anything goes wrong is just pathetic. Yuksel Yurtas clinic did the same thing. You can't trust these turkish surgeons, better to stay away even tho it might seem tempting.

It seems going with this doctor is like playing Russian Roulette. You may have a successful outcome, but if something goes wrong, you're screwed!

Hi guys,
I'm a shorter man myself currently toying with the idea of getting LL surgery. As a result, I'm working with a UK TV channel to document my journey. Excited but nervous. I'm keen to speak to people from the UK who have had the procedure or are thinking about having it like me. If you'd be interested in featuring in this documentary please email [email protected]

Heres a little newsflash for you, not a single fking person who is considering or has done cll is gonna talk to you. Incase you have yet to realize, this surgery isnt normalized amongst society. Why the fk would a guy who went thru all this bs go public and literally ruin his image that he tried so hard to better. Your a moron. And anyone like you who tries going public to “normalize” this   is only harming the people who do it in the long run, while not even achieving the goal of normalization. Not a single person is gonna think “wow what a brave man for undergoing cll and helping us learn about it”. The responses will be more on the lines of “he should go see theraphy instead”. Keep this goddamn procedure to yourself ffs. No one wants to hear about your bs. Your not a knight in shining armour for tryna talk to a fkn news organization. Your a genuine pos. And this applies to anyone whos stupid enough to generally go public to the media with this.

I'd recommend avoiding this company. Even compared to someone who has had limb lengthening surgery in Turkey, this company stands out for its remarkable dishonesty. A significant portion of their videos seems implausible—clear instances of deception. Moreover, allowing patients to lengthen beyond 10-12cm on the femur will likely result in life-long disabilities. This highlights the concerning competence of the doctor in charge. But if your making  something for a UK tv show could name it something like "quickest way to obtain a disability check" do your research find someone with at least some sort of moral compass and actually keeps within the safe limits also respects the medical field somewhat.  There is better companies around turkey to choose from

Im sorry am i missing something? Tf u mean “its his job”… it isnt anyones job to go through cll OR to go public on a fking news station with it. Thats really your response?😭 this guy gains jack   by going public with it but problems, and i can assure you he never once said it was his job or that hes getting paid to document this, literally zero gains from doing what hes doing. You wanna tell people you met irl go ahead, but going on the news with that is legit pure stupidity.

I have to agree with BestofLuck on this. I think it's very stupid to go on live TV about this. After this, your image is most likely ruined forever. Could you imagine the hate you would receive?
