Femur lengthening will definitely hinder your ability to do the doggy position in the bed on your knees because of how tight you are you won't be able to thrust your hips forward to do any damage lol, but as time goes on and you get more flexible it becomes possible, I'm able to do it now since about 8 months post op, but I've been stretching pretty often. other than that sex isn't so hard even during LL I started 1 week post op again.

Is this problem temporary?
For example, will there be no problems for 1-2 or 3 years?

It's temporary yes, eventually your quads and hip flexors will be flexible enough for you to be able to thrust your hips forward to do doggy style except since your femurs are much longer you'll have to spread your legs sideways more.

Which position did you do one week after surgery Movie?

if you don't thrust it has to be cowgirl? It'd scary to have someone on your pelvis after this procedure wouldn't it?

correct, cowgirl ... and well yes as long as she holds her weight and is not near the legs only on top of hips it's not bad I'd have nice sessions fairly painless.
