As the title says, I am an avid user of snus (tobacco-free nicotine pouches), and would like to taper off slowly or cold turkey before operation, but how many weeks do I need to be clean before operation?

you should quit months before. do not make this mistake or take the effects of smoking on LL lightly! my friend is experiencing lack of callus formation due to smoking right now. it’s very frustrating for him
