Does everyone's duck butt completely resolve after some months of walking and strengthening quads and glutes? Does hip flexor tightness go away with time regardless of stretching? I guess it probably depends on how bad it is, but imagine it's quite noticeable soon after stopping lengthening

Duck ass goes away from everyone as seen by diaries you just need to strengthen your glutes, a lot.

It's waaaaay less serious than ballerina and drop foot, so you won't be walking like a duckling forever.
