What method? Pure external 6 months. LON up to 4. There are from surgery to normal walking.

He is talking about humerus, aka your arm. Not leg

It takes as long as Femurs. 7 days+ 1mm*30 so about 40 days for Lengthening. Obviously you're gonna need to rehab alot more after though.

Paley does it with stryde and let's you lengthen at home.

Paley lets you fly back to home country for the lengthening process? It sounds great, but then there is extra layer of risk because what if you have complications during lengthening. Can't ask Paley for help since he on other side of the world. I guess you would have to be in contact with another orthopedic surgeon in your home city, just in case something goes wrong while doing daily lengthening at home.

Ah, I see! It sounds reasonable, and a good option to take for those who got plenty $$$ and wanna still be with family at home.
