So I am 6'1 with a long torso and short legs (32 inseam) and it looks very weird. If I did get LL whats the max I could get to look normal or have slightly larger legs? My wingspan is also 6'1 if that matters

Accurate measurement of your leg length is to measure them from the floor to your pubic bone. You will be surprised that your leg length might actually be couple of inches more than inseam ofbuour pants.
I did that and I got 32 inches and a quarter.
Proportions are actually so important. With long legs you will look taller. Without them, even if you are 6'4 people will perceive you as short when you are far away and won't feel as tall.
