One website states they can do 6 inches but generally there’s no limit in how many inches they can increase.

I understand the risks etc, but I thought the limit was 7-10cm which is 4 inches to be the limit.

Dwarfs can lengthen much more than us because their soft tissues are different from ours. Personally, I would not go above 5.5cm in tibia. The moment I have ballerina, I would stop lengthening to avoid ATL.

But that's your legs, you do whatever you want.

in vietnam they have done 6-8cm in almost patient

I would say this is time game but if you want more 7-8 cm you can do in tibia but after 5 cm you have to do .5 mm/ day and with vigorous exercises.

Safe limit is 5-6 cm.

if your body and doctor permit then you can go up to 7.5 cm maybe 8.5 cm.
