I cannot afford it in the U.S. where would you recommend someone to get it <$50,000 thanks I'm 5'4" btw

Prices went up like crazy like everything else. It’s hilarious because turkey is charging 30k+ when I paid 17k and that was without me knowing they charge the Turkish residents 11k Euros at the time (surgery only).
I don’t know why anyone would go overseas now to save 10-20k. It used to be that it was a much larger difference.
