I will be doing my next year. both femur and tibia. for 11.5cm or 4.5 inches. I strongly recommend against doing more than 3 inches in femur. It’s probably not safe, and your proportion would be off i think, for mobility and stuff. save money and do both segments is the better choice if you can save/afford it. my opinion
