LON (lengthening over nail, rod inside + externals) is still internal, did you meant pure externals?

I would consider LON tibias hybird. U still have to go 3 months or more on fixators on LON.

And yea LON hurts more than internal tibias, so a negative answer is the only correct answer. LON is internal tibias + annoying wires through your skin  How much more painful is Internal tibias compared to LON tibias?
