Non-Union can be treated either by surgery or through ultrasound devices without surgery.
With surgery, the best nail would be the precice, as the precice can not only lenghten but also shorten.
But there is a second form treating non-union. With so called ultrasound devices that stimulates bone growth. With upto 85 % non-union can be cured by this. Your doctor has to prescribe you that device.
Here is one company offering that device:
https://bonegrowththerapy.com/therapies/bone-healing/
It is accessable and offered in all major western countries, the names are just different.
Did anyone made experience with these devices here ?

I wonder why these are not used in limb lenghtening to fasten consolidation.
Here you can read about the Study why EXOGEN advertise 86 % success rate for healing non-union.
