Will it help to "dance salsa" even faster?
Nobody knows yet. But, for sure will help.
Unfortunately is no more than 60% weight bearing, so is suitable for skinny guys...
Got it, I'm like 67kg. It might work for me
Another question, as I understand if you do femurs and then 6 months or year break and do tibia then you will reach more height to compare when people do it at same time?
As I understand after some break, your body will adapt for new height and muscles too? but if you do both tibia and femur at same time there will be too much stress and you might lengthen less cm?

Yes, finally, a good question !
Man, I am a tough guy and always I did all strong and hard things in my life at once. So, I got 12 cm in 3 months. Just because I hate to suffer and kill myself 2 times.
Why ?... because when you do it completely separate, with 6-12 months in between... is very possible to never come back for the next surgery, because all your suffer !
So, I always advise people to do it all in the same trip... and done !
On the other hand, yes, maybe you get 1-2 cm more, as total.
Many guys prefer to take it easy.
I got 7.7 cm + 4.3 cm. For sure I could get 8+6... but I don't regret my decision, because I am an old man and I have no time to waste...
So you did both (F+T) at the same time.
Was it hard to go for more than 12?
I guess your legs were stressed a lot..
That's what I heard before, doing F+T at same time people go for 11-12.5 max

Man, I said I did it in the same period, same trip... not same day of surgery. Because many people confuse that.
No surgeon will risk to do a quad in the same day surgery, because is very risky for your health, on that day and next few weeks. The traumatic shock is too high for your body and you can even die !
The risk is very high for massive hemorrhage, blood/fat embolism, too big pain, impossibility to even stay on wheelchair, depression, etc
I did first femurs and after 5 weeks I did tibia. But both surgeries are in the same period as pain, PT and common elongation.
Yes, for me was impossible to get more length, because of few complications.
But, I am happy I am here, alive, with 12 cm gained and living with the hopes that I will start walking normally in few months...
I know that not in 1 day.
Complications solved?

Well, please read my diary. It is very detailed and up to date...
Took me 6 months after surgery date to walk. Thats 3 months after consolidation phase. I did femurs 7.2 cms. took me nearly 3 months after that to get a normal walk. Now its almost been a year and i feel somewhat close to being normal again. Meaning no more nerve numbness, muscle tightness, can start jumping and running half of what i was doing before. I know other patients who took longer and others who recovered faster. Its gonna vary.
thanks and noted

Yeah, you had only femur, so it is faster to recover...
Tibia is such a demanding procedure... and Quad is even worse !
