I know what everyone thinks about ATL but Pili and Catagni really likes to do it.

I was booked to do it early in August but Dr Pili knows i really don’t want to do it even if i can only do 5cm. Right now i’m just below 3cm and Dr Pili told me after the visit that he will book me in September but looking at me right now he told me that i will need it 90%, my right leg looks okish but my left is on the edge of it infact my knee kinda started to bend, but everyday after some stretching i can put it straight.

My question is what kind of exercises i can do to improve the dorsiflexion of my achille tendons? I was reading that just walking is the best, anything else?

I was planning on doing the same on tibia with Pili as well and I was worried about the same. I want to do 5cm as well. He told me 80% chance is necessary but I really don't want to reach that point. This is one of the things stopping me from doing it. So I am very interested in this topic.
