Why do some people develop osteomyelitis and some not? Is it genetic or dependent on immuno system potency or something? Or is it purely environmental and as long as someone follows strict rules of wound hygiene he/she is fine?

One of the main reasons I'm afraid of LON femur is not due to discomfort, pain, scars or muscle tissue damage, but due to elevated chance of deep bone infection.

Is there a way to avoid it somehow?

If you go with Yuksel Yurttas, or any of the rest of the Turkish butchers,  you will mostly get an infection.

Skin infections are fixable, but Yuksel Yurttas’ operating room is not completely sterile, so if you get an infection during surgery, it requires immediate fixing.

However the Turkish butchers will lie to you and say it’s fine. Yuksel Yurttas already gave 20+ patients infections and complications.

sometimes they reuse the devices and that stuff couldnt be cleaned enough. so u get infected probably because it was reused and probably the hospital with alot of cases reuse the device alot. the nail needs to be removed altogether and u would need to do rebreak another time in ur life if u werent scared from the first surgery already.
