I find all the positions uncomfortable. Sleeping on my back is most comfortable but it starts hurting after few hours. I can't find a good position to sleep. I am lengthening my femurs.

*Sleeping on the stomach is most comfortable not back.

I will do externals on tibias probably first and according to this forum I'll have to sleep on my back. I can't and never do it, so it seems I'll just have to train and get used beforehand any way.

It's best to sleep on your back and don't sleep on sides.

Sorcerer, are you "codingreallysucks" now? You keep changing your username? Sorry if it's my mistake.
