What’s up y’all I’m currently doing LON tibias, and my doctor mentioned while visiting me in bed to try and keep my femurs muscle strong while doing the tibias, I’m assuming this is so that I don’t have  too much femur  muscle loss by the time I do the femurs.

Given that it’s really hard to move my shins at all right now, (only been 4 days since surgery), y’all have any ideas on how I can better sustain my femur / thigh muscles throughout lengthening my tibias? For the record I will finish lengthening tibias first, and then after a month or two start my surgery for my femurs segment.

Thanks and god bless!

Why did he tell you that you need to do that?
