Hi everyone,
I am new to forums so I don't know if i am posting this correctly or if there is any rules to topics and such. let me know.

I am really really committed to doing LL, I wanted to go from 5'0 to 5'3 and I am very short on my lower leg compared to upper thighs. my legs are generally shorter compared to my torso. I really want to go to Russia as well, I am learning the language and such. I wouldn't be able to do LL for another two years but I want to prepare everything before!! please recommend and give me any information that would help in terms of methods, cost, time commitment, scarring and safety and some information on visa but i should be able to figure something out for that, I think. Thank you very much!!

Quote from: IwannaBeTaller on July 25, 2017, 12:03:06 PMA gain of 3 inches is possible, but is generally not recommended to do on the tibias (lower legs) only. The best solution for 3 inches would be either the femurs or a combination of tibias and femurs.

why is it not recommended to do 3" on the tibia? What are the complications? Thank you for responding !  I am 5' and i want to be 5'3. is this possible?

3" is about 10cm isn't it? Is it a hard goal to achieve for the tibia? Thanks!

Hi Chris!
Thanks for the consideration. I don't have any x-rays because I am like really new to the idea of LL but I have been thinking about it for a long time that by now I know for sure I am going to do it.
I am female, 5'0. I can reach down and put my whole palm face down on the floor. That is how short my legs are.
by measurements did you mean the the lengths of my legs?
Thank you!
