Does anyone know how to measure length on x-ray? I cannot measure length due to magnefication.

Straighten out paperclip, measure to the mm it's length, place underneath a BandAid at the location of the break and in line with the break, the XRay will only show a small line, now you can calibrate the Xray boney anatomy with the length of the paper clip as your scaling reference.
To limit error I tend to place the BandAid at the closest point to the bony break eg lateral for femurs, and anterior for Tibia's.
