Quote from: longbob on July 31, 2023, 12:36:20 PMCongratz on your achievement!
1)Did/do you feel any pain on your lower legs and or feet?
2)Do you plan on doing tibias?
3)What did you learn from the experience?

1. Not on lower legs or feet.
2. Probaly not. But never know the future.
3. A lot you can read my diary and see videos. It’s day by day you learn random things as you go

Quote from: YOUNGandSTRONG on July 31, 2023, 01:09:26 PMOh btw, how is your tibia-femur relation? Are you thinking of doing a second surgery to avoid possible arthritis in the future?

You can see promotions from the last video on diary. Nobody can tell it looks normal

Quote from: QuarkSoup on August 01, 2023, 12:47:43 AMWow, this is incredible! Going from 161cm to almost 174cm is a night-and-day difference. I hope you make a full recovery soon. I believe that almost no one pays attention to people's proportions, so I don't think anyone would notice your femur-to-tibia ratio. But If you plan to lengthen your tibia later, please wait at least a year. Your body needs time to adjust to such an extreme change

yes thank you. i dont think ill do tibias. but i know people who did both successfully with my doctor.

Quote from: otaviognu on August 01, 2023, 12:57:49 AMAt this height 1,61cm I would go to max that I could get in terms of height, proportions would be my last concern.

you have to first set the goal of ok maybe 8cm most can likely do. then every cm after its a fight. if you body or bones dont allow it, you can't force it. my bone healing was ok so i was able to get to my result. my original goal was 11.5 then 11.7, getting to 12.36 was better then i thought i could do.
