  I dont remember extractly time . Because i have still go out with one crutch for a quite long time . Maybe 5-6 month

 yes . My ankle is less flexible than before .  At normal action its good enough . But with hard action like sports just same with 6-70% before .  And now , i dont wake up with tight calves anymore Z

What changes do you that's negative now 2 years after the surgery do you get right sometimes do you have to stretch your calf sometimes does your leg get tired easily can you tell me what side effects you get sometimes ?

Yes . I walking and running like normal when use sport shose . Some time if i walk with bare feet looks quite … strange .

 I dont get hurt anymore , just wake up and do my work; go gym ; go ride a bike , driver trucks v…v…  with no different ..

 My biggest problem is : the anklee’s flexible . Now its turn ; flip radius seems like cant recover as much as before
